Privacy & data handling

What is collected

• Account details: your email address and display name.
• Fit Review content: what you want help understanding, your desired outcome, optional context, and optional availability notes.
• Engagement records: recommendations, payments, bookings, and written responses.
• Form responses and resources assigned to you.

A phone number is optional and is never required to create an account or complete a Fit Review.

Sensitive information

Forward Insight does not solicit diagnostic histories or maintain clinical treatment records. Client free-text reflections may still contain sensitive personal information and must be treated as private data protected by authentication, authorization, row-level security, and least-privilege access.

How it is protected

• Access requires authentication; you only ever see your own records.
• Database row-level security enforces ownership from your session, not from anything a browser sends.
• Administrative access is limited to the practitioner and audited.
• Payment card details are handled by the payment processor, never by this site.

Why it is kept

Your history is retained so that reflections, past responses, and resources stay available in your portal, and so financial records remain accurate.

Sharing

Your information is never sold or used for advertising. It is shared only with the service providers required to operate the site — hosting, database, email delivery, and payment processing — or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You may request a copy of your information or ask for your account to be closed at any time through the contact page. Some financial records must be retained for accounting purposes.
