Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Forward Insight services.

Nature of services

Forward Insight provides spiritual counseling, metaphysical guidance, and reflective support. It is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, legal advice, or crisis intervention, and it does not replace care from a licensed professional. See the scope and support boundaries.

Recommendations and purchase

Services begin with an Initial Insight & Fit Review. A recommendation is a suggestion, not an obligation, and payment is requested only after a recommendation is accepted. Prices, delivery format, and duration are fixed at the moment you accept.

Scheduling

Live sessions are available Monday through Thursday. A requested time is held until Forward Insight confirms or declines it; only a confirmed appointment is final. Written services never involve scheduling.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information.
• Use the service for yourself, not on behalf of a third party without consent.
• Seek emergency or licensed care when your situation calls for it.
• Do not share, resell, or redistribute resources and written responses.

No guarantees

Reflective guidance cannot promise a particular outcome, decision, or result. You remain responsible for your own choices.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the practice evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
